Tom Palladino, President

Tom joined NightOwl in 2001 and was named President in 2007. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations and shares strategic management duties with NightOwl CEO Andrea Wallack. Before becoming President, Tom served as VP of Operations where he led efforts to establish top level electronic collection and processing services and contract attorney review services.

Before joining the team at NightOwl, Tom co-founded Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed and deployed major service programs for Fortune 100 companies including UPS, Bell Atlantic, Southwestern Bell, IKON Office Solutions and MBNA Bank. He began his career as a litigation paralegal with a large San Francisco law firm where his primary responsibilities included managing large document collections and conducting document reviews.

Tom’s expertise is in helping clients understand technology-driven services and consulting with them as to the best way to manage large document collections. His litigation support experience provides clients with a unique and valuable perspective.

Tom holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
