Andrea Wallack, CEO

Andrea Wallack founded NightOwl in March 1991, and has served continuously since that time as Chairman of the Board of Directors. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Andrea is a Managing Director of NightOwl’s affiliated Document Review company, Miralex and archiving company, ImageXe LLC.

NightOwl provides best of breed technology driven document solutions for litigation, compliance and risk management. NightOwl also provides a full range of outsourced facilities management solutions for document management and production. Under Andrea’s direction, NightOwl has become a recognized national leader in the handling of highly specialized projects involving difficult configurations in remote locations. Keeping pace with technology, NightOwl continues to be an innovator and early adopter of new technologies.

Andrea received her BS in Biology and Chemistry from Washington and Lee University, and completed postgraduate work at Harvard University in Chemistry. She obtained her field certification in Biology at the Darwin Research Centre in Guyaquil, Ecuador. She is a graduate of the Blake School. Andrea is fluent in Spanish and has proficiency in French, Portuguese and Greek.
